Ameriflo FM Pump Approvals
After months of intensive product development and an extremely stringent testing schedule, Ameriflo is proud to announce it’s Factory Mutual (FM) Approval of the 5010 ES End Suction, 5030 SC Split Case and 5040 VT Vertical Turbine product lines. This Factory Mutual approval covers the largest North American fire protection hydraulic offering currently available in the market today.
This newest FM Approval couples with the current UL Listings that are already in place for the product line. These two certifications give Ameriflo a complete third party certified program legitimizing the entire fire protection product line. As the majority of the product development has been completed, future engineering effort will be spent tweaking speeds and/or minor gaps that may come up on certain applications. This current hydraulic offering will be a huge market disruption as the coverage also includes the lowest documented horsepowers present in this very competitive, fire protection industry.
5010 ES End Suction Performance Characteristics
- Flows: 50 GPM to 2,000 GPM [11 M3/HR to 455 M3/HR]
- Heads: 40 PSI to 220 PSI [2.75 BAR to 15.2 BAR]
- Speeds: 3550 RPM, 2950 RPM
5030 SC Split Case Performance Characteristics
- Flows: 300 GPM to 8,000 GPM [68 M3/HR To 1,817 M3/HR]
- Heads: 40 PSI to 367 PSI [2.75 BAR to 25.3 BAR]
- Speeds: 3550 RPM, 2950 RPM, 2600 RPM, 2350 RPM, 2100 RPM, 2000 RPM, 1760 RPM, 1480 RPM
5030 SC Multi-Stage Split Case Performance Characteristics
- Flows: 500 GPM to 1,500 GPM [114 M3/HR to 341 M3/HR]
- Heads: 282 PSI to 610 PSI [19.4 BAR to 42.1 BAR]
- Speeds: 3550 RPM, 2950, 1760 RPM
5040 VT Vertical Turbine Performance Characteristics
- Flows: 100 GPM to 7,500 GPM [22.7 M3/HR to 1,703 M3/HR]
- Heads: 40 PSI to 377 PSI [2.75 BAR to 26.0 BAR]
- Speeds: 2950 RPM, 1760 RPM, 1480 RPM
