Every product manufactured by Ameriflo is carefully primed and finish coated to the highest industry standards. All parts and castings are thoroughly cleaned with solvent to remove any oil, grease or other surface contaminants so that the primer and/or finish coats will properly adhere to any coated part. Ameriflo has a standard paint (RAL 3020) that is used on every product manufactured in house and also offers a variety of other optional coating that can be specified at time of order.
Ameriflo RAL 3020 is the standard enamel red that Ameriflo has been recognized for. This color is very bright in nature and is finished in a high gloss to emphasize the quality of the Ameriflo products. This standard paint is applied to all pumps, base assemblies and all Diesel engines. The distinctive high gloss is not typically used by other manufacturers as it can highlight casting flaws and inconsistences. The Ameriflo pump product line utilized metal patterns which produce a casting of extreme smoothness allowing the RAL 3020 high gloss finish a place to shine.
Ameriflo also does not spray the entire Diesel engine assembly with paint as other manufacturers do. RAL 3020 paint is selectively sprayed on individual components and not on others allowing the higher quality craftsmanship to show through.

Day 3 wraps up the show at the AHR EXPO 2022! Day 2 continues at the AHR EXPO 2022! Day 1 was an incredible day for Ameriflo with an increased number of visitors from both the US and international markets. Interest in the Ameriflo product line continues globally. Day 2 continues with a great flow of traffic and interest from many different regions. The VI product was built from the ground up with the fire protection market in mind. Every aspect of its design from the actual hydraulic coverage to the materials of construction were built based on the very stringent NFPA 20 standard. This standard describes slope of curve requirements, suction characteristics, hydrostatic pressure requirements as well as bearing and shaft strength requirements. The product line was designed with minimum horsepower as the primary focus and as such, the Ameriflo VI product line has the lowest documented horsepowers available in the fire protection market today!!
Performance Characteristics
The 5020 VI product line is coupled to a NEMA C-Face, JP Frame motor. This allows for a very compact footprint as well as a diverse horsepower coverage. Ameriflo VI Vertical Inline products are available from a very small 10 HP all the way up to 250 HP.
